A trained photographer and graphic designer, Paul has worked mainly in a freelance capacity since 1975. During this time he has held a partnership with two photographic studios, and has produced work for Action Publishing Ltd, Dover Harbour Board, British Coal, Kent County Council, Alfa Romeo, Sericol, Camelot, and has been involved with the armed forces.

Since 1990 Paul has also lectured in photography and multimedia at both Further and Higher Education levels, teaching on and leading courses up to Degree level. He has also exhibited extensively throughout the UK and on the Continent.

Paul's other passion is astronomy and astrophotography, and has worked with Sir Patrick Moore, helping to write a book on observatory design. His photograph of the Aurora on 29th Oct 2003 (refer to his gallery below) was widely published in the national press, astronomy magazines & books, and on the Internet.

Brian would describe himself as a photographic designer. He has works as a freelance graphic and web designer through Utopia Concepts working within the corporate and media sectors. He also has a partnership in a wedding photography company Kent Wedding Photographers offering a contemporary wedding photography service.

Brian holds a Degree in Visual Design and Advertising, as well as a HND in Multimedia Design. He has taught NVQs and Modern Apprenticeships within the work place and has taught at the Ashford School of Art and Design, South Kent College, West Kent College and Learndirect. Brian holds his D32 and D33 assessors qualifications as well as his Advanced Certificate in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University College.

Peter Blackburn

Graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 1994 having studied for his Degree in Fine Art Photography.  Since 1996 Peter has worked full time in Further and Higher Education Levels and is currently course leader of the Foundation Degree in Photography at K College, Ashford Campus, Kent.  He has lectured across a wide range of curriculum including Schools links, GCSE, A-level and National Diploma Photography courses.  
In 2009 Peter completed his Masters Degree in Fine Art at the University of Kent his thesis title being ‘A Photographic Exploration of Stasis and Entropic Decay in the Landscape’.
